The show will open on May 2nd and continue through July. with a reception planned for Sunday, May 24, after services.

Arta is an American artist of Romanian origin who has exhibited in many shows in New York and New Jersey. The vivid colors and designs of her art work are rooted in Romanian folklore. You can preview her work at artwithartaboutcher.com.

Arta will also present her memoir, Loss, Voyage, and Rebirth, during the May 24th church service at All Souls. It narrates her journey from Bucharest to Paris and then New York and speaks of her family and transformations they experienced while growing roots in this country.
