In this theatrical clowning class, you will be lovingly guided through a body-based process to discover that nascent clown inside You…who is just waiting to emerge! In doing so, we will engage in the art of play, explore energized presence on stage, indulge in the pleasure of the moment, fine tune deep listening, and learn how to be generous to an audience. We will allow the Clown Wisdom to emerge and relish in its somatic revealing. We will breathe, laugh, ‘make eye contact,’ and participate in a range of expressions while wearing the world’s smallest mask – the Red Nose. We will share and celebrate the ‘Ahas’ and the ‘Aha-ha-ha’s!’

***Please note, this is a process-based class where each session builds upon the last. Showing up weekly for yourself and your other ‘clownmates’ is essential to getting the most out of this process. So, a commitment for the entire 8 weeks is needed.
