Sunday, August 23rd – The Simple Fearless Saying of What One Means.

20-year member Marianne Rigatti and Worship Associate Christina Gibbons will lead a service about the Iowa Sisterhood. Beginning in 1875, these dedicated, daring women defied societal mores and religious tradition to preach a gospel of social change. Championing women’s suffrage, prison reform, free education and interfaith alliances, these midwestern ministers refused to sit quietly in the back pews.
